The football season came to an abrupt end in 2020 due to the corona crisis. All matches were cancelled, the stadiums were closed and fan events could no longer take place. Nevertheless, PSV wanted all fans in a personal and eye-catching way Thanks for all the support during this exciting season. 
 
To make that happen, we filmed Donyell Malen in volumetric video at 4DR Studios. We then added this three-dimensional video to an augmented reality application that made Donyell Malen appear in the living room of thousands of fans.

And let’s be honest… which football fan would say no to a personal visit from a star player?
